FAQ'S

Q: Do you do repairs as well as services?
A: We sure do. We have fully equipped mobile mechanic vans and we can carry out any repairs to your vehicle.

Q: Are your mechanics qualified?
A: Yes we only employ fully qualified mechanics.

Q: Do you have a call out fee?
A: No. We only charge for the actual time we spend on your vehicle after a minimum 45 minute charge.
 
Q: How long does it take to have a technician come out?
A: We can usually arrange same or next business day bookings.
 
Q: Do you work Saturdays?
A: Yes we come to you 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday. (Saturdays by appointment only.)

Q: If you service my car, will it affect my new car warranty?
A: No. Your new car manufacturer/factory warranty will not be affected. Some extended warranties offered by the dealership may be affected. Please speak with us before any work is carried out.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash, cheque, eftpos and credit card payments.

Q: What areas due you service?
A: We service the Sutherland Shire and St George areas.
